This is a vast improvement from when I last visited the area in 2003, when it had been considered "abandoned" by it's owner. Everything boarded up and slowly falling apart. This is not a location you can enter. It is a historic land mark, currently it is under renovation. The bottom to be retail stores, while converting the top levels to condos.
