I stayed at this hotel for its proximity to downtown Disney. The Hilton name is well known, so I expected the best.
1. The check in process was easy. However, they did not explain my options. The first option they offered did not come with breakfast in the morning. After I called back, I was informed of the difference.
2. The staff is very kind. My wife was able to check in without me being there.
3. Bathroom was dirty. My wife had to wash it. The shower leaked. Towels had holes. Shower curtain had holes. Sinks would not stay shut to fill them.

At the end of the day, the staff saved the hotel from getting a lower review. It didn't feel as if I was in a hotel. It had more of a motel feel. Not what I expected. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends.

The best thing about the hotel is the fact that you get breakfast with your stay. That was a pleasant deal.
