Downtown Laguna Beach

Downtown Laguna is a great place to walk around. There are restaurants, shops, and boutiques lined up for a couple of miles on Pacific Coast Highway. There are a lot of great scenic walks and views around main beach. There is also a great nightlife in Laguna, there are a hand full of pretty cool bars and taverns.

I would also suggest driving around the hills, and seeing the amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. The best view is at Top of the World Park.

The only downside to Laguna is the horrible traffic on weekends and during the middle of summer. Parking can be difficult to find, and getting in and out of town can be brutal. I would suggest coming to town early in the morning, and leaving after rush hour.
