The Venetians call these small dishes cicchetti, the Chinese - dim sum, Middle Easterners - mezze, and the Spanish - “Tapas”, which is the name we use. At 4 Sisters, our “Tapas”, like many other parts of the world are a selection of smaller signature dishes. Some are served hot and some are served cold but all are bursting with big flavor.As a family, we have regularly enjoyed this relaxed style of dining. Each of us has contributed our own favorite recipes that we share together as a meal. We invite our guests to choose a tapa or two to enjoy as a light meal or choose several to share with friends or family.
