We weren’t able to camp in the actual campground because they close it seasonally. We ended up parking in the parking lot and sleeping in the back of the car. Duck hunters woke us up around 4-5am and freaked us out pretty good. I would like to come back in warmer weather and check the place out more.
We loved staying here. The campsite was level, large, private and clean, the view breathtaking and the staff went above and beyond. The kids loved swimming in the lake. We will definitely be back!!
