Do not open your door for any reason when it’s close to dark. Stay inside and turn the lights off. HOLY COW!!! 2 nights I was up killing 100’s of flying insects. Grrrr. Otherwise I love this place 😁

Very pretty, and a great campsite in decent weather. Drop toilet and trash cans are well maintained. However it’s not protected from wind or rain and the water pump does not work

We came from Crater Lake in early October 2019. It was snowing and FREEZING on top of the mountain, so we decided to camp down on Klamath Lake for some more warmth. We tried Odessa Park first, but it was full (luckily for us). So we came to Eagle Ridge Park and found a spot just a few steps away from the lake's edge. There was only one other spot left when we arrived, so we got lucky again.
The one downside was that I'm pretty sure all of the other campers were duck hunting - we were startled awake at 6am to the sound of gunshots across the lake, and this continued for a couple of hours. However, we'd gone to bed early so it wasn't too terrible - I'd just check hunting season schedules before you go if you're expecting to sleep in and wake up to a quiet morning on the lake.
There are about 10 sites - all pretty small but with picnic tables, fire rings and plenty of flat spots for tents. The road was gravel but would be easy for a 4-door sedan to handle. There's one pit toilet and a water source. There was no cell coverage for T-Mobile.

Beware, a lone female camper was assaulted here in June 2020 and the perpetrators haven't been caught as of this writing. Several men drove drove up to her campsite in the middle of the night. Taking refuge in her car, she refused the men’s demands to come out, so one of them blasted her car with a pistol. The woman received injuries from blown-out glass from the shots. Investigators say the assault was purely random, as they could figure out no connection between the victim and the perpetrators. Got information? Call the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office tip line at 541-850-5380.

Beautiful spot, pretty level sites, picnic tables and fire pits, boat launch and a bunch of walking trails. Road there is a long dirt road, a little bumpy but we made it down just fine in a class A.

As of at least Sept 15, this area is closed to camping. Day use only. Water pump available. Sites looked very unlevel.

I didn't go all the way to this spot, there are nice boondocking spots by the lake on the way. Someone told me that there can be full-timer sketchers at Eagle Ridge.
