We stopped one night to rest, grocery shop nearby, and do laundry. This KOA met those needs. Sites are gravel/dirt with some trees or shrubbery between every other site. They offer a camp store, showers, pay laundry, pool, rec room with tv, mini golf, dump station, and propane. We were offered a small discount if we agreed to "like" them on fb. Someone lead us right to our assigned site.
Kudos to the people of Kingman, AZ. We found strange tire wear on the pop-up camper and after searching for a tire place we never found we ended up at Walmarts tire dept. They didn't have tires for the camper, but they called a local place and found what we needed. We headed over there where we were put ahead of the line. We finished were headed out of Kingman in less than 2 hours. Multiple people helped us out that day and we were grateful.

It’s a KOA, so that should sum it up, and one of the nicer ones in my opinion. Miniature golf, “train” rides, a playground, a small dog walking park, horseshoe pits, a pool, game room with pool tables and of course, the famous KOA Ice Cream Social. Kingman is a blazer of a city in the summer, and where this KOA is located it’s sort of suburban / strip mallish. Two grocery stores and a Starbucks are nearby, as well as plenty of interesting-looking restaurants.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kingman and you have a car, this is probably a good choice, though hotels in the area (it’s part of the whole Historic Route 66 thing) can be found for much cheaper, sometimes as low as $20 / night.

We do not normally stay in KOAs but we had a mechanical issue with our tow vehicle which necessitated an unplanned couple of day stay in Kingman, Arizona. We were pleasantly surprised at this small tidy campground in the outskirts of town (yet near all the typical shopping facilities.) The sites are level but otherwise nothing special (this is AZ after all, to expect anything but dirt is delusional.) The staff does a very nice job at keeping the place very clean. While we did not have many requests during our short stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Most sites are pull through and can accommodate big rigs. The sites were typical private RV park sized, but slightly wider than normal. All utilities worked as advertised. Verizon reception was excellent and LTE was fast enough for HD video streaming.
If we needed a place to stay in the Kingman area in the future, we would definitely stay here.

It's not the best, nor worst KOA I've been to, it falls in the middle. There are some permanent residents around the periphery, and a few inside the park also. The sites are dirt/pea gravel, along with the roads. Of course, it rained each of the days I was there, making everything muddy.
Pros: Easy access, close to things in town. Very friendly staff, frequently driving around on golf carts, escorting new arrivals to their sites, or cleaning up, keeping everything neat. Nice pool area. Clean restrooms and showers.
Cons: The WiFi was terrible. You login and get connected, and 30 seconds later you had no connection. This wasn't just busy times, it was at all times, and didn't matter if you were inside your trailer or outside (I tried both). And I wasn't too far from their office, so it wasn't distance. At night, there is some train noise (BNSF main line is about a mile away) and some traffic noise also.
Bottom line: good for an overnight stop, or a day or two in the area.

This is the second time we stayed at this specific KOA. It is conveniently located for starting a trip to the Southwest; we call it the counter clockwise loop trip when starting from California and heading to the SE Utah area.
The campground is nice and well taken care of. Wifi sucks (at least in the site where we stayed), but we got decent 4G signal with our Sprint phone.
Seems that the place fills up pretty well during the peak travel times: the Friday before the 4th of July weekend it was almost or perhaps completely full.
There was construction on a neighboring parcel (outside the campground) - which was quite annoying because they worked late and started early.
Other impressions: Dusty, friendly people and staff, entertainment equipment (like mini golf and pool) in good working condition. Nice dog run (we have 2 furry friends).

Staff was friendly. The office is closed between 11:00 and 1:00. We arrived at 12:30 and found a packet waiting for us with a map to our space and info about the park. A maintenance guy showed up as we parked and pointed out the hookups. We went to the office later to check in. Unlike a lot of places, they didn't charge our credit card until we were there.
There is a big empty lot next door that made it easy to exercise the dog. Just watch out for stickers.
It looked like most of the other people there were long term residents who kept their areas neat and clean.
The little store was handy since we didn't want to drop the toad for a one night stay.
Spaces are typical, dirt/gravel with some oleanders in between.
Unlike other reviews, we had excellent WiFi reception and were able to stream movies.
If this was a $35 park, it would be higher rated, but I expected something a lot nicer for $54.

Adequate. We needed to recharge, dump, fill and sit in a hot tub so this worked. Sites are full hook up some 50a and some 30a. Ours was narrow with our slide up against the pedestal on one side and the bushes on the other. Staff was good and the place was clean. WiFi was usable. Cell service was excellent.
