Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on March 13, 2024We stayed a week here & it was very nice. Vicki the manager was very friendly & helpful. Close to Hoover Dam, The Grand Canyon Skydeck & the darling town of Oatman with its wandering wild donkeys. The Pull Thrus are wide & long. Accommodated our 36’ fifth wheel & truck with room for another vehicle. Picnic tables at each site. Laundry, bathrooms with showers if needed, free WiFi & cable. We have our own so not sure how good they are. Groceries, restaurants are just minutes away. Some walking restaurants & fast foods close.

We did not stay here but stopped by to use the dump station. I had two interactions with person working - phone call and when I went into office to pay. He was friendly and knowledgeable on phone and in person.
$10 to dump and use water. If you are in a large rig, might be tricky to get to dump as you have to position yourself right behind a site.
Park was pretty small but tidy and had some large pull through sites that would be perfect if you were just staying a night or two. Right off the interstate and behind a gas station so really convenient.
If we needed to stay at an rv park in Kingman, I would not hesitate to stay here.
We don't usually stay in private parks but this one was in a prime location for exploring Kingman/Route 66 and it worked well for us the week after Thanksgiving. Easily accessible off the highway and very quiet at night. Many friendly seasonal residents who kept their homes tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful, showers/restrooms clean, laundry was economical, and WiFi worked good. We were in a pull-through site that was gravel with a table. Some people came in for just the night. No discounts. Only con was the dog walk area was so very small and smelled. We just took our big dog across the street to do his business.

This is a great spot! The office lady (possibly the owner) was so sweet! The spots are very level and all of the campers are friendly. The showers were so clean and another plus is that they are not timed, just like a regular shower! It has full hook ups (water, electric and sewer) WiFi and cable. We did not use the cable because we can an antenna on our camper. It is right next to the highway so there is a bit of noise. To make up for that it is pretty close to everything you need!

Fast check in; friendly employees and people. We have a 39’ Class A + tow and the spot they gave us fit our rig.
Spaces are close together but that’s pretty much the norm. Our site was clean and level. We didn’t use the bathroom or laundry do can’t comment on that.
Good spot for overnight or even a few nights. Quiet location and easy drive to Hoover Dam (although it’s closed now due to Covid-19).

Clean RV Park close to I-40. Office staff was friendly. We called in the AM an made a reservation and got in late around 8:30 pm. Our reservation information was posted on the front door, we were assigned site 32, which was the 2nd pull through from the front. Glad we called and made a reservation as the park was full by the time we arrived. Staff was very nice.
Wi-Fi was good, we were able to stream Netflix and surf the web without issue. There was some highway noise (from I-40) but easily masked with a fan. Pads are gravel.
Park has a pool, laundry, and restrooms, I can't speak to their cleanliness, I didn't use them.

Nice clean camp close to town. The office person was friendly and quick and she does it without a computer and complete personal history.

Very friendly dealing with these folks on the phone & very friendly upon check in. The host even checked 2 of us in during his lunch hour. First look you may think the sites couldn't be level with the slope of the property but they are. About 15-20min walk to a couple of museums & many restaurants, bars, & 2 nice breweries.
Some freeway noise as you're close to I-40 but nothing that bothered us. Also, the place works old-school, no internet reservations etc. Drive is paved, sites are gravel.
Good place for an overnight / would stay again for sure.

We stayed here in April of 2021. It is a nice location to use as a base to explore parts of Route 66. Staff was friendly and the park was clean. Sites are small and close together. Freeway is close, but the noise wasn't a problem. Pool wasn't heated yet and that would have been nice as it was hot. We would stay here again.

We were lucky and got a pull through in the end.
Most of the perimeter were longer stay people.
Ate dinner at El Palacio’s. It was good but not spicy enough for us. It is only 1 mile away.
The staff was very friendly.
You do hear the road noise.
