All guests must be age 21 or over to stay at the property. Children cannot be accommodated. Please note a 4% credit card processing fee will be added to your reservation for domestic cards. A 5% credit card processing fee will be added to your reservation for international cards. All deposits must be submitted via PayPal. Once reservation is complete, the property will email PayPal information. 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of bookings or subject to cancellation by the owner. Total price of the reservation is due (via PayPal) 15 days prior to arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Located just 5 minutes’ drive from the beach in Kihei, this adult-only B&B features accommodations with a private entrance and free WiFi access. A continental breakfast of homemade banana bread, local fruits, juice, and coffee is served daily at Two Story Cozy Ohana.
