This area in Washington averages almost 300 days of sunshine per year. We have over 140 pads with full hookups. Call in advance for the best site selection. Phone, cable TV, and coin operated laundry facilities are available. The Tri-Cities area has much to offer visitors, such as, Winery tours, Golfing, Boating, Fishing, Rafting, Shopping, Conventions, Sports tournaments, Historic sites and Festivals, and Much more. I book a spot and drive 2000 miles for work and the spot they try to put me in has a electric wire hanging low and I won’t fit under. The manger on site was trying to find a spot for me until they could get someone in to fix problem they had one at the end of park but I would need to park at a different angle and she called her boss and he said no and that it was not his problem. I called around and everyone is full so I’m stuck out here with no place to park my trailer. They offered to let me stay at there other park a hour away with fuel prices over $6 a gallon who can afford that. It is a long way from being a resort and needs to be cleaned out for the price they are charging and the background check you got to do to get in. I’m out $1400 and still no place to stay

A relatively urban park but with a good amount of shade and lots of facilities to offer. There are about 140 spots although there are many permanent or long term residents which might not be as comfortable for some short-timers or visitors. Location is very convenient though!
