I loved staying, our site was an amazing corner spot. There is a clean pool, clean restrooms, river access, dog walk, park for the kiddos, and a cute little store. There's a liquor store next door if you've forgotten, and Lumm's bbq a couple blocks up. This felt like home for us as the grounds were clean and the office and grounds staff were awesome.

We only stayed one night as we were moving across Texas. The park was very easy to access. Office staff was so friendly and welcoming. The park was spotless with freshly graded gravel roads. There is an access gate and you are escorted to your site. Our site was a pull through and we were able to leave our car hooked up. Sites are gravel and many have a small patio with a pergola and two Adirondack chairs. Very nice touch. We also had a grill and firepit. The park is located along the river. We were surprised how quiet it was being rather close to the road. Great park! The only downside was the total lack of cell service with Verizon. We showed extended service and 1x with three bars, but nothing worked. The park WiFi worked well though!

We stayed here two nights to hunker down in a big wind storm. Our dirt site was level with 50 amp FHUs. We had a small patio with nice Adirondack chairs and good spacing. Trees were naked during our stay but would be nice shade when leafed out. Very friendly and helpful staff - super nice.
Easy access from I-10, far enough away so no road noise. Park WiFi worked great. Didn't need cable, but each site has it with a good range of channels.
Not much to see in Junction, but there is a decent grocery store and a few eateries.

We arrived in April. Access from I-10 is easy. When we arrived, everyone was out for lunch! Per instructions provided at the door and our preregistration packet, we were able to self-check-in. As we walked back to our RV, staff showed up and escorted us to our site.
Since this park is close to the interstate, in the middle of Texas, travelers appear to stay 1 or 2 nights and depart, like us. We noticed many RVers pull into the park and not detach their toad and leave in the morning.
Phone coverage was adequate; WiFi connection was good. I was able to work a few hours, check email, social media with no issues.
The only negative. I know...we are in Texas and we lived in Texas for many years, but it is dusty when dry. April is windy. The wind and dust may make it difficult to be outside for some people.

Check-in person, young lady (Amy?) Was very helpful and friendly! John, campground host and maintenance also very friendly and helpful. Helped us get setup. He also helped an older couple near us who were first time RVers! Great job! Sites were well laid out and nearly level gravel. Bathrooms and showers were okay but need updating. Overall, good experience.

I called several places along the way and they were the first ones to say they accepted reservations. We arrived after 7pm and were a little lost. Tom came out, found us and had us follow him to the park and then got our paperwork and even showed us to the spot. The sites were clean and easy to pull into. I am driving a 40ft RV and towing. They told us to leave our garbage out when we leave and they will collect it. I would definitely stay there again.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. Easy on/off the interstate. Interior roads and sites are gravel and red dirt. Either decent spacing between sites or very close. The sites are not arranged in typical fashion but are angled in many different directions. WII FI either worked or didn’t – it would just stop. Directv worked fine in our site. There are trees but none were in bloom when we were there. Verizon was 1x 3 bars so we could text and make calls. Have mixed feelings about this park – I think if they just tidied it up a bit it would be a nice park. It is on the river but not necessarily a pretty section of it. There are quite a few long term RVs that seem to be in one section. They looked neat enough though. There was some traffic noise but it wasn’t too bad. Not sure if we would stay here again or not.
