Conchy's is a favorite for the locals and natives of Florida's Treasure Coast. We serve quality native and Bahamian seafood dishes and are on the water! Family Owned and Operated. Frozen, last year’s frozen, previously frozen, caught and immediately frozen, vacuum sealed frozen, ridiculously cheap frozen and the list goes on. These are just some of the ways in which a restaurant like ours can save money instead of buying fresh fish. Sure, we can buy frozen like many of our competitors, save up to 80% and pass some of the savings on to our guests, but that’s not who we are. We are a company of fishermen, spear fishermen, sailors, surfers and seafood nuts. We know the look, smell, feel and flavor of FRESH FISH. We know how to properly handle, cut and store it.
