Merry Piglet’s Mexican Restaurant is a Jackson Hole locals favorite and longest running Mexican food dining experience. Established in 1969, Merry Piglets began as a small taco shop located on Broadway across from the town square where Häagen-Dazs and the Snake River Grille currently reside. Over the years Merry Piglets has expanded its current location at 160 North Cache but has maintained the great flavors, entree items and character that has helped to establish the reputation and awarded Merry Piglets various accolades that include; best salsa, best margaritas and best Mexican food.  Everything is cooked to order and all of our meats & chicken are pasture raised, never given antibiotics & have no added growth hormones. All of our fish is wild! Our salsa & sauces are made fresh, right here, everyday. We grill over mesquite fire for an authentic Tex-Mex Flavor. Our tortilla chips are made fresh throughout the day. We mash real avocados to make our fresh guacamole. Our beans are soaked over night & mashed daily. All of our produce is cut fresh each morning. We cook with 100% non-hydrogenated oils, recognized as the healthiest available.
