I booked and paid for this hotel based on reviews on Roadtrippers of which there were none. Then went to hotels.com and read reviews and despite being unable to get a refund I cancelled my reservation because of the horrendous reviews this place has been given in recent months. I wasn’t even willing to risk going to the hotel! Do your homework and Check all reviews before booking
