“vintage hospitality awaits you”
You will notice on approaching the home that it is in a newer home surrounded by big trees in a beautiful well established neighborhood. Broad Ripple Village, within walking distance has many boutique shops, locally owned businesses and art galleries offering a wonderful way to spend a leisurely afternoon. Although the B & B is newer, vintage hospitality awaits any traveler who arrives here. All guests have use of the living room/dinning room where you can watch TV, pick up a magazine or the daily newspaper. You can wander the beautiful backyard with its many flowers, sit on the deck or sun porch and listen to the water falling in the pond, gaze at the flowering water lilies or watch the birds and squirrels at play. Relaxing on the full-size swing in the garden or even taking a nap under the shade of the tree can be most enjoyable. The innkeeper's goal is to provide a place of serenity and make you feel as relaxed and comfortable as if you were home. The innkeeper always ask what your breakfast preferences are and will satisfy your tastes with a variety of scratch-cooked dishes. Fresh Indiana eggs and locally raised meats are featured on the breakfast menu. You can expect a scrumptious standard fare breakfast or I can whip up the ultimate "healthy breakfast." Weather permitting; breakfast is served on the sun porch or deck. Coffee and a variety of teas are available any time.
