The quality of a restaurant is measured in its food and we think we make the absolute best food you can buy. We prefer local, natural, or organic ingredients whenever possible because we think this makes the tastiest, healthiest and most environmentally friendly food. Our flour is 100% organic as is our chicken. We leaven our pizza dough using a partial sourdough method, which gives it a unique taste that you can only get using Tahoe’s wild yeast. All our meats are hormone and preservative free (no BHA or BHT here!) so you can feel good about your family eating them. We also make all our stocks, soups, and sauces here so we can make them how we want them – fresh and delicious. Tomaatos offers vegan and gluten free dishes and the option for dine-in, carry out, and incline village delivery.
