Dog Beach is located in Huntington Beach, CA on Pacific Coast Highway between Seapoint Ave, and 21st Street. Following these rules while visiting Huntington Dog Beach will help to ensure that your day is happy and enjoyable for both you and your dog: - Maintain control of your dog at all times. - Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in the trash cans. - Under the existing city ordinance, 13.08.070, dogs must remain leashed. For the past several years; however, only unleashed, potentially dangerous dogs have been cited or removed. - If your dog is new to Dog Beach, take it slow. Keep them on their leash until you can be sure of how they will react to the sand, sea, and especially other dogs and people. - If your dog has a history of being aggressive toward other dogs or people, Dog Beach may not be the best place for him/her. - Most important rule of all - HAVE FUN!

Love finding special places to take our dog and daughter while traveling. Nice beach for dogs first time in the ocean.

We love love love the dog beach. Let them off a leash and wear them selves out. Bring along a towel that smells like them and bowl of water and treats and then just let them go, they will come back and there is so much going on fun to do they will exhaust themselves. Beach was very clean

This is my favorite dog beach ever! It's huge and safe for my pup who doesn't always listen to me! She loves playing in the waves! Bring your camera, towels and a puppy life jacket! :) and don't forget his fav ball! Try to bring cash or change for parking. Bathroom available and on some days, there's a guy selling Huntington Dog Beach stuff! So cute!

The dog beach is a really fun place to spend an afternoon with the fur babies. There are rules, but most owners do let their dogs play off-leash if they know to behave themselves.

What a fantastic place to take your dog to!!! We do not have a dog but my family loves dogs and my kids insisted to go and see how they play by the sea!!

We saw around 50 dogs and their dog owners all around..they were running up and down the shore, getting in the sea, swimming, barking...feeling free.

The dog holders were very friendly and allowed us to get in touch with their babies!!

This was a great experience and so interesting!
