Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on August 22, 2023The bathroom was the nastiest of any campground I have ever stayed in. The site was uneven and the campground is not as described. When we checked in we said it was for one night and possibly 2 depending on the circumstances of our visit (we were helping pack our marine son who is moving to Japan). They charge us for 2 nights and refused to refund it when we needed to leave after one. The entire place seemed “shady” and I didn’t feel comfortable there.

We stayed here for a quick overnight in between places, we definitely would come back, beautiful landscaping , very close to the Marine Corps Base(sounds of freedom) the staff was helpful and nice, Google had a lot of good reviews of the place that's why we chose it, good cable and power, owner really takes care of the campground we loved all the stone work, site was 2" off level in rear but super easy to get our big rig in

Never felt safe. Traffic all hours of the night. Cops in and out. Owner said he'd clean the place up and never did. Just drive around and see for yourself. Owner has fowl mouth.

They were friendly and helped get to site. We only stayed one night in the front temporary spots. Only water and electric, never found the dump station in the back. Gravel/dirt pads to park on. Seems like it is mostly full time people living here mixed with mobile homes and houses.

Steve, one of the owners, was so nice and respectful. The campsite is immaculate and looks more like a neighborhood than an RV site. Would definitely stay again for an overnight drive through. For the kids there is fishing and exploring.
