Trails Cafe has been a part of the Holton community for more than 50 years & is known for home style food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Home-cooked smells, laughter, soft upbeat music, familiar faces, friendly service, delicious food & beer/wine coolers is what you will find at Trails Cafe. Our #1 Best Seller is our Chicken Fried Steak and we've even been voted Best Steaks and Best Family Eatery in NE Kansas....serving only USDA choice steaks. Also voted Kansas Best 150-whole catfish in 2012. Local faves include Hot Beef Sandwiches, Fried Chicken Salad, Home Made Soups & Chili, and made from scratch Desserts: Oooey Goooey Brownies Ala Mode are out of this world! Pressure Fried Chicken is also a well known item. It is pressure cooked to make it moist and juicy. It takes awhile but it's worth the wait. Other menu items include Italian, Seafood, Sandwiches, Burgers, and our Fresh Salad Bar. Juicy Prime Rib every Saturday night. We also have catering! Cafe Catering brings the party to you!
