Stand-Up Paddle Boarding is regarded as the fastest growing sport in the world. The sport is attracting men, women and children around the globe, from Tahitian blue waters to the breath taking beaches along the State of Florida coast line. South Florida cities from Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood Beach, Miami to South Beach and the Key West is one of the top warm-weather destinations in the United States and internationally for trying out the sport. It’s perfect because South Florida has a safe flat-water area with little waves and lots of beach parking and showers. The many health benefits of stand- up paddling include working the core, all over toning of the body, strengthening, balance and endurance, not to mention the mental clarity reached by paddling in a meditative state through the water. So Flo Water Sports is dedicated to building this healthy and exciting sport in some of the most beautiful counties in America. The intercostal waterways are the final frontiers of the sport and can be appreciated by the first time paddler or experienced water person looking to experience new challenges.
