Been there numerous times and it's definitely worth the visit. In the summer they supply free bicycles to ride through the estate (although not in winter). If your passing by, I highly suggest stopping by (just not on Wednesday, that's the only day they're closed).
A really great place! The roads through the park are paved so you can scooter, roller blade, or bike, there are also grass trails as well. The bicycles cost 5$ to rent. There is a central indoor learning center as well with information about the park. The park is gated though so you have to be out by closing.
