“peaceful & quiet park with a serene view”
San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort is a five-star gated community that’s all about “affordable luxury”. Located less than 20 miles east of downtown Houston, our peaceful and quiet park sits high on the river bank, with a serene view of the famous San Jacinto Monument where Texas's Independence was won in 1836. You have to see to believe why people describe us as the newest, largest, friendliest, cleanest, most beautiful, and most luxurious RV resort in the area. It's no surprise we received the highest ratings possible from various publications and RV critics including Woodall's and Trailer Life. Our 33 acre park features more than 300 full hook-up RV pads, most of which are spacious pull-thru sites. Whether you’re looking for a spot that’s high on a hill or on the river’s edge, shaded or sunny, pull-thru or back-up, or even one that has its very own private spa, San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort offers them all!

Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on March 13, 2021This was a quick stop on a long journey. And it was not yet in season for using the lake or pool. This is very much an RV Park with close neighbors. And it is off the beaten path...not a whole lot close by.
We happen to be parked next to a very loud obnoxious camper but that is no fault of the park. It was just annoying.
On the plus side there is lots of grass and great dog walking areas🙌
The pool looks really nice it just wasn’t open yet when we were there.
The lake view is ok. Like most of TX there is an industrial vibe to it so that makes it kind of a bummer.
Good enough for a weekend but I wouldn’t stay longer. Just not our style.

Staff was friendly and nice. Clean laundry facilities. Told us they would keep the spot s on either side open and they did. Beautiful walk along the water thru the campground. Laundry was clean w new machines from last photo. Quiet and perfect place to beat the Friday night Houston traffic.

Although this RV park has immense potential, we did not feel this area was safe nor can you use the beautiful river! It is too swift and polluted to allow dogs to swim or enjoy; and we were told people SHOULD NOT SWIM! Also told you can fish but DO NOT EAT them! The beautiful pool was locked / closed sadly! There was adequate grassy walking areas but no fenced dog run. The nearby state park had wild boar warning signs and my husband almost stepped on a copperhead… did not feel safe here either. Our spot was nice (on end with a hot tub) and we enjoyed the view of the water however, most everyone is a contract worker living here full time and the loud trucks were disturbing at ALL HOURS. Grounds were pretty, but I will not recommend this park.
