River Bend Campground

We have stayed here several times and each time was great, one of our favorite places. I worked remotely from here as well great internet for those that still have to work.

We stayed here for almost a month. It is a wonderful RV park nonexistent to a small river. There are sites that are waterfront but some of those do not have sewer. The staff have been very friendly. You are only minutes from Hiawassee and about 20 minutes to Helen. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean campground with stream access. Fishing was good. 5-10 minutes from Hiawassee. Good size trout in the stream. Due to the temperature I only seen one other person fishing.

We were here with a Egg RV rally. Our site was in the back and was fairly level but had no shade. The sites in the rear were kinda close together . There are sites around the perimeter that back up to the river and seem to be not as close together. The bath house was clean and showers fine.

Very nice and clean campground with plenty of shade and long camp sites. Roads are very wide. Employees are very courteous and helpful.

River bend was highly recommended to us. We are not disappointed. Lots are large and roomy. We are on the river. Employees are courteous. The bathhouses are super clean and nice. Close to Hiawassee and Helen. Will enjoy our stay and return again.
