“experience the flavors of Cuba”

The Rinconcito Santa Barbara Restaurant was founded on April 4, 1997 in the city of Hialeah, Miami-Dade, Florida, United States County. founders are Rosa and Pedro Delgado. all started as a small Café Cubana, between toast , coladas, coffee and a small canteen takeaway. Two years later, Rosa and Pedro traveled to Puerto Rico in a small break in the spa and Guajajaca, and as they ate Mofongo with Shrimp, Rosa had the idea of bringing the Puerto Rican Mofongo and food, including the famous Rice with Pigeon Peas Hialeah. Without any doubt, this idea was a success and our customer accepted it as something exquisite. Little by little they were creating new dishes around Mofongo, for which we had to buy more than 50 pylons in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Through the course of the years, the Mofongo with Bodies Pork Fried has become our main course . Over time, we continue including delights of cooking Puerto Rican, including the cakes, the Alcapurrias. In 1999 we started to expand our local and expansion introduced the Service Delivery which has played an important role in the growth of our business. Today, our restaurant has a capacity of 100 people, with an extensive menu, with a variety of Cuban and Puerto Rican dishes, Cantina, Corporate Party Menu and Food. Our family run business prides itself on having employees who have been with us over 10 years service, both Chefs and Administrators and thanks to them and the family, we have achieved this Restaurant a real corner of Puerto Rico and Cuba in Hialeah.
