After spending a cramped evening in a nearby RV park, we quickly made our way to Seven Points to grab one of the only available spots they had.
To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement, this place was fantastic. The spots were HUGE and very spread out. You would barely even know you had neighbors if you didn't walk around the park.
Not only were the spots very large, they were super clean and each spot had it's own fire pit and well placed picnic table.
We reserved a spot online and then spoke with the front gate attendant about getting our parking pass. It was easy peasy and they were friendly enough.
It sits right on Percy Priest Lake and there is a boat ramp along with a roped off swimming area. There are some spots that back right up to the lake and some even have their own staircase that leads right down to the water.
Each site has water and electric and again, the spots are gigantic. I didn't see one that I wouldn't have wanted to stay in.
There is onsite laundry and if I remember correctly, it is a $1 to wash and a $1 to dry. It backs right up to a restroom facility.
We went into Nashville a few time while we were there and the drive is quick, if there isn't traffic. There is a grocery store that is only a few miles from the campground so if you aren't up for venturing "to town" you can always stock up there.
It was a great experience and we hope to return one day!

This was my 1st experience with a COE park and I have to say I was impressed. The conditions of the sites, the roads, and facilities were very good. Trash was picked up promptly and there were grounds keepers mowing and cleaning up every day.
Nashville is a quick 20 minute drive but there is plenty of shopping close by for your immediate needs. This campground just has a super peaceful and calm feel to it. Sometimes it's hard to explain why a place has a good or bad feel to it but this place immediately reduces your stress. The lake was very clean and calm for water sports.
The sites are well spaced. There are a few sites right on the water with an awesome view but they were booked so I ended up with an interior site. My favorite spot was #31. If I was staying here again, I'd try to get that one.
Overall I'm impressed and I will definitely check out COE parks in the future.

Despite visiting the campground while it was under a flood warning, we still had a positive experience. Due to the amount of rain, everything was soaking wet or under water, but the sites themselves were really well thought out and spaced. Lots and lots of space between you and our neighbor, with you back to the woods (and in our case facing the lake). COE campgrounds are amazing in general, and this is just another example of that. PS watch out for the skunk that lives in the woods between site 28 and the bathhouse.

Price reflects Access Pass pricing. Campground is on a hill, so getting into a site may require backing up or down a narrow paved area. Many sites have small stone walls at the entryway and not a huge amount of wiggle room. Watched several people take more than a few shots at getting parked properly. Take your time and be patient with those ahead of you.
Once you get parked, break out the outdoor chairs and a cold one. As others have said, this is a beautiful Park.

We had reservations and it was a good thing as the park filled up. If it had been possible we would have spent more time there. Most of the sites were nice and would accommodate any size RV, we had tried to get a lake side site, yet even reserving early they are the first to go. When we got there we expected electric only, yet to our surprise all the sites have water now. The check in was easy although you have to be patient if there are several in line as there is only one lane for that. The campground was close enough to down town Nashville to be able to drive in and do some touristy things and yet retreat to the quiet and welcoming park.
We have US Cellular and the reception was spotty, we plan on switching to Verizon with much better reception.

The lakeside spots here were amazing. Enormous, beautiful, tons of space between neighbors. We booked this campsite at the last minute the week after Memorial Day, so of course, there was barely a spot to be had. We were able to get a smaller wooded spot close to the bathrooms and it was fine, but man, the lakeside spot envy was fierce!
All sites have water and electric. Dump station at the entrance was great, very easy to navigate. Proximity to Nashville (20 min) is wonderful. $22/night flat rate, no extra taxes or fees or anything.
Campground has a lovely beach, waterfront playground, and boat ramp. Bathrooms were fine, not the cleanest but not the fault of the campground - the campground was full the entire week so the bathrooms got a lot of traffic and some women apparently think there's a magical hairball fairy who cleans their hair up after them in the shower :-|
Mosquitoes can be a little intense. Cell phone reception (AT&T and Verizon) were useable but slowed down a lot in the evenings with tower congestion, to the point where using applications that required data was difficult. So for those working on the road, time your online sessions accordingly.
Enjoy the fireflies and the sunsets!

Some of the private campgrounds nearby quoted us well over $100/night for our family of 6, so we were very happy to find spacious W/E sites for $22 at Seven Points. This was our first COE campground, and we were very impressed. Our site was a little tricky to get into with our big trailer because of the trees and some inconveniently placed posts, but once we were in it was lovely. Big, private, wooded, with lots of trees for hanging hammocks. We were there Memorial Day weekend, and it was full, but never felt too crazy. The lakefront sites are lovely; we were just across the road from them and walked down to look at the lake; when we go back we'll try to grab a waterfront site. Very convenient to Nashville; we were just there one night and went to the Hermitage, which was less than 15 minutes away. This will definitely be our pick again next time we're in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this campground. Our particular campsite (#1) was enormous, heavily treed, and entirely private, but all of them are spacious with dense foliage giving guests a sense of privacy. There are also a number of campsites that back up right to the water, though there was wide variation between these sites - some offering more space than others. It is worth it to study the available sites on the Reserve America map and choose one that truly suits your needs (though, there really are no "bad" sites). The campground is ideally located just outside Nashville and offers a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring that wonderful city. All in all, we adored this campground and will absolutely stay there again.

Campground is in a beautiful area, close to Nashville, with easy access, but a world away.
The views of the lake was fantastic. Each site had enough distance or trees to maintain some privacy.
Our site was OK for us at 26', but would have been a problem backing in and leveling anything much longer as there is a dip entering the site b4 leveling off, and challenging finding spot to use slide (tree) while being able to position steps without exiting into a ditch.
Our dog is spoiled (totally suburban) and had issues finding enough short grass to do her business, but we are all new to camping.
The host I spoke with was super nice, and I will definitely come back for a longer visit next time!
