“nestled in the Gresham Buttes”
Forest Springs Bed and Breakfast lies nestled in the Gresham Buttes on a beautiful wooded 2.5 acres, at the base of more than 2000 acres of protected forest. The English Cottage Home was built in 1908 and sits perched on a bluff well removed from the street. Originally part of the 1885 Land Grant to an early pioneering family, the Heineys, the Bed and Breakfast is now on the Local Gresham Historic Registry. Journey back a century with the signature Craftsman-era details of boxed beam ceilings, leaded glass windows, dining room built-in cabinet, period furniture and Roseville and Weller pottery. The grounds are forested with Cedar, Fir, Chestnut, Holly, ferns and native maples. In the Spring, the property is ablaze with thousands of daffodils. Autumn brings a fire of the red, orange and yellow of dozens of Japanese maples.
