Executive Chef Chris & Pastry Chef Mayra met in Miami, FL where they gained vast experience working in different Hotels-Resorts, Fine Dining Restaurants, Culinary Institutes and exclusive Private Clubs. They both attended Johnson & Wales University in Miami, FL where they earned a degree in culinary and pastry arts. The duo of chefs have 20 years of experience creating delicious recipes for patrons to enjoy.
