From google maps, the 'road' is a UTV trail that follows Saleratus Wash. Sounds like a great place to get trapped in a flash flood.

The dirt road to these is just after the railroad track on Airport Rd. However, the road looked to be in pretty bad condition when we visited so we did not head up it and just saw the art from afar.

We might have seen it from Main Street? On the the same road as The Boxes sculpture? But we couldn't find the road to get up to see it.
