“Classic Contemporary American Cuisine”
Since 1998, we at the Black & Tan Grille have worked diligently to establish our reputation as a premier dining location in Northeastern Wisconsin. Thanks to our loyal guests, the Black & Tan Grille has remained a leader in fine dining establishments in the area and continues to adapt to their needs to improve their experience. To serve our guests better and provide a truly exceptional guest experience, on April 2, 2009 the Black & Tan Grille moved from its De Pere location at 101 Fort Howard Avenue to the Historic Bellin Building in downtown Green Bay. Now located at 130 East Walnut Street in Green Bay, the Black & Tan Grille allows for a first floor expanded lounge and bar area which offers an extensive wine and martini list. Our dining room, located on the second floor, offers elegant and contemporary dining with endless window seating and beautiful views of the Fox River and downtown Green Bay.At the table, you will notice that in addition to our signature steak selection, our menu is redesigned with the season; allowing our Chefs to use the freshest seasonal ingredients. The cuisine is best described as nouvelle; using the finest ingredients to create a unique flavor with unmatched presentation. Our chefs also add a bit of fusion-cooking, mixing classic ethnic variations to create combinations which tantalize the palate. As a companion to our chef’s culinary talents is our wine list, suiting nearly every taste and occasion. To ensure that all of our guests are provided with a superior dining experience, reservations are recommended. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you. From all of us at the Black & Tan Grille we look forward to entertaining you and your guests.
