The Hotel Melrose

The Historic Melrose Hotel is the sole survivor of 12 hotels that were once in Grand Junction. It opened in 1908 and has rooms decorated with antique furnishings. The Melrose has an outdoor patio with barb-e-que facilities, as well as a shared kitchen, dining room, and sitting area. The Melrose Hotel is located in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. The Western Colorado Botanical Gardens, located 5 minutes from the hotel, has a 4,000 square foot greenhouse and butterfly house. The Lincoln Park Golf Course is just over a mile away. The Western Colorado Center for the Arts is a 5 minute drive from the hotel.
