Simple, clean nicely decorated. Unless you have free kids (5&under) or a voucher, skip the buffet. New bead spreads and flat screens would make it much better, but for $60, a good value overall.

My brother and I stayed at the Grand Vista and he left his wallet behind as we drove to California. We contacted the hotel and housekeeping was very helpful and honest. We received the wallet a few days later and all was intact, including the cash. We’re very thankful to them and I highly recommend this hotel. Great staff, great environment. Thanks Grand Vista!

Wasn't expecting much since it was so cheap, and old, but it was a nice place.
Check in staff were not very welcoming, but our double room was good.
Spacious, comfortable, warm, good facilities and information.
Bed was comfy, although the springs were a little noisy when we rolled over.
Apparently the rooms next to the elevator are a bit noisy too.
View out to the west (over rooftop) was not bad, especially at sunset.
I'd happily stay there again.
