Do NOT stay here!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Ran by crooks and racists! Sally, the "manager" whose family owns this place, will act like she's your friend and so nice when you first get there, she'll tell you "the price will go down the longer you stay" but do NOT believe that! That woman does NOT know how to keep her word, so anything she tells you make sure u get it in writing! She'll smile in your face and do the exact opposite of what she said right after. The longer we stayed the more we had to pay, even though we were told completely different. Oh yeah, even though check out isnt until 11am, they'll start harassing you at 9am about paying and say you have to pay by 10am if you're staying or check out. They also want to come in your room daily to "check the room" but really just trying to be nosey. Also, you will get kicked out if you have family or friends try to come visit you in YOUR room, not stay, not late, anytime, day or night. Then, they conveniently forgot to tell us until 3 days beforehand, that we had to check out after 28 days for 1 night, knowing we had ALL of our belongings and no vehicle to move everything and nobody around to help us. She tells us we have to check out monday before 11am, so we had planned on that and thought we had till monday and had arranged a ride finally to move our belongings on MONDAY just to get told saturday that we had to check out the next day, on sunday. It's awfully funny that the white couple 2 doors down got to switch who's name it was in after the 28 days but we, an interracial couple, were not allowed to do so. She proceeds to tell me to leave all of our belongings outside to get stolen and gone thru and just come back the next day and check back in. Then when we said we couldnt risk losing EVERYTHING we own and knowing our ride wouldn't be there until Monday and after paying them thousands of dollars, she tells us at 10am, even though check out isnt until 11am, that we need to check out of the room. Then calls my husband's phone at 10:37am saying shes calling the police because we were not out yet, even though checkout is at 11AM NOT 10. I told her since we were told monday NOT Sunday, we would be stuck in the parking lot with all of our belongings for an unknown amount of time, all she had to say was their favorite line "not my problem" and after sitting out in the parking lot for an hour trying to figure out a ride, she comes out yelling that we need to get our stuff off her property, this is the same lady that was telling me an hour before to leave our stuff outside there at the hotel and check back in the next day. She has some serious bipolar mental issues or may be out of dope, fien'n for it one. Don't let her be mad at somebody because she'll take it out on everyone staying in the hotel and cut the wifi or raise the prices or try to find some way to try and ruin your day. They need to be shut down ASAP, for real! I have NEVER IN MY LIFE seen nor stayed at a more fucked up joke of a "hotel," i thought some of the reviews were exaggerating but after staying there, I regret ever stepping foot in that place and putting a single penny in their pockets. And FYI, the whole place needs to be fumigated because the roaches come out of every crack and crevice in that place, no matter how much you scrub and clean or how much bug spray you spray, it may be because the guy they have cleaning the rooms spends most of his day getting high with the indian guy that be in the office with the glasses or other tenants that get to stay over the 28 days bc they're white or supplying the employees with dope, either one. All the dope dealers and prostitutes get to do whatever they want to the point that i can't help but think she's getting paid off in some way, shape or form. I have seen so many people, other than me and my husband, get done so wrong by the woman "manager," Sally, its ridiculous, i could go on and on for days. SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS HELL HOLE!!!!!! DO NOT PUT ANY MORE MONEY IN THESE CROOKS HANDS!!!!!
