Quiet. Trees. Crazy woman is a good name, owner just a little strange

Our neighbors are currently yelling and screaming. We tried to contact the management. They have a sign saying Medical Emergency up. It was up yesterday when we arrived. Have not seen any one who works here.

The process is to put your money (cash only) in the envelope and find your assigned campsite. Guess we should have known better.

We won’t be back.

I like this park. Paved main road and hardly any dust. Not many bugs. We had no problem leveling our rig. Very friendly lady runs this place. I really enjoyed being here. Full hookups with 50 amps. We had no problem with our Verizon service here which was a nice surprise for once. We were able too stream movies. NICE!!

My ac stopped working in my truck in 90+ weather so I had to stop to cool off. Got the last spot with electric. Difficult to level. Owner hardly around - put cash only in a slot. Place is run down but generally clean bathroom and showers. Got in to Chevy ( luckily it was in this town) to fix the ac and did errands before continuing my trip to Yellowstone. Definitely not a destination cg.

There are limited choices of campgrounds in Gillette and I chose this one due to the other campground not answering my call or calling back. Payment for the campsite was submitted through a mail slot opening in the laundry room office and a check was accepted. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Fire and EMS station as well as a hospital nearby; you'll hear sirens.

Not a problem checking in since the host got here before we did- gravel sites dont know about wifi she didn’t say I didn’t ask. . . But an acceptable place to spend the night bot yhe laundry and bath rooms are open 24 hrs but they are at the top of a hill so stayed “home” and used my facilities

What can I say? The sites are small, trees are overgrown, and there's a lot of permanent residency in the park. Amenities were sufficient, but generally the campgrounds could use some work. On the good side the manager was very nice and the price was reasonable. Gillette is within walking distance if you don't have a second vehicle.
