Best Mexican food in Gillette. Restaurant is small, which gives it that "hole in the wall" vibe, but we all know the small little restaurants are where some of the best food is. The atmosphere is cozy and typical Mexican restaurant vibe, casual for sure. With painted walls, fake parrots, Corona banners hanging from the ceiling.  The food is great with nice portions for a decent price. Everything you'll have from here is excellent. Our favorites are Taco's Al Carbon (Seriously our fav), Fajitas, Seafood Enchiladas and Chile Rellenos.  And their burritos are huge!
