“Real, rustic wine since 1976”
Bill Frick and Judith Gannon started this winery in 1976 with the proceeds from the sale of their 1957 Chevrolet. In the small, cool winery, hidden away on a back road, Bill Frick hand crafts complex, rare wines that reflect the true character of the grape.Frick grapes are grown on steep, sunbaked hillsides in the Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County, California. Here the syrah, viognier, cinsaut, grenache, counoise, grenache blanc and merlot exhibit Sonoma sunshine, Dry Creek Valley fog and rocky soil in every delicious glass. The wines are naturally made, in small lots, by hand with no fining or filtration. Frick Winery is a real, rustic establishment producing distinctive, delicious, locally grown wines.
