“One of the top 10 BBQ restaurants in the US!”
Germantown Commissary offers slow-cooked, hickory-smoked ribs and barbecue, prepared the old-time, Memphis-style way. We also cater, with the ability to serve between 10 and 10,000 hungry people, full or self-service. The original commissary, in Germantown, Tennessee, was a small country store for over 90 years, until Walker Taylor bought it in 1981 and turned it into one of the best Memphis barbecue joints around. It's easy to enjoy the taste and spirit of Memphis barbecue wherever you are with our delivery service. Tell us what you want. We'll pack it in dry ice and FedEx it to you lickety-split. We've also got some great gift items like sauces, rubs, t-shirts and aprons!
