Found bedbugs on my 2nd night. We complained to the front desk, packed up and left. The manager was left a note to contact me when they came in and give a refund. I called the next day as I hadn’t heard from them left a 2nd message to get call back. Still no response, it was getting late in the day so I emailed. The email included photos of the bugs, a mold/mildew stain on the sheets as well as a wad of hair that I found in the bed. I received no response so I tried to call again. They took my message and they got ahold of the manager. That person (not management) called me back and I was told they already refunded me and would take a few days to show up on my card. If the manager had contacted me I would have known that the refund process had started and wouldn’t have had to worry about trying to contact someone.

I’m not happy with how this was handled. Management avoided speaking to me at all and I was the one to had to track down my refund. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, however it is one of the more economic ones in the area, if you choose to stay here please check your bed prior to sleeping.

Loved this place, cute little spot right along a little creek we had a nice hot tub. Everything was cleaned but I’m telling you bring bug spray because there was lots of bugs.
