Nybble Cafe

"Nybble" is a technology term used to describe a set 4 Bits. There are 8 Bits in a "Byte" and thus, 2 'Nybbles' in a 'byte'. The cafe is themed around the Digital River Project's desire to embrace technology in Gallipolis. 

When you walk into Nybble, you'll feel the technology, the visually upscale ambiance, the comfort of cafe style tables, and the aromas of fresh, innovative foods. The elegance of an early 1900's city building adjacent to the city park and the shore of the Ohio River where horses and carriages once passed by, provide a one-of-a-kind atmosphere of small town Ohio seeking to embrace the technologies of today. 

Historic downtown flair combined with a modern twist of flat screen TV's, iPads for menus and public use along with free high-speed internet access allows the "OPEN" sign to attract residents of yesteryear who are interested in seeing change in motion, as well as the generations of people who have grown into the technology that surrounds them. Modern lighting, bright, attractive color schemes and consistently changing decoration through the photography and art of local artists sets the mood. 

Last, but certainly not least, you will enjoy fresh, healthy, local foods such as Nybble's Signature Chopped Salad menu which features 14 unique flavors including the "Gallia Farmer" with grilled chicken, granny smith apples, walnuts, goat cheese and your choice of freshly made dressing.

Also on the menu are an excellent variety of wraps, flatbread pizzas, sandwiches and soups, signature sweet potato fries, fresh fruit smoothies and various specialties including eggplant parm, spaghetti squash and salmon sliders.
