After many years living in the United States and working in the restaurant industry, we decided to combine our European roots and experience to contribute our traditional gastronomy to the international and diverse culinary experience that this beautiful country offers. Leading us to create “CHEF IN BLUE” Café and Crepêrie. Chef in Blue café and crepêrie is a cozy cafe that will bring you an extended variety of homemade goods: Crêpes (savory and sweet), salads, soups, sandwiches, quiches, pastries and more. All of this, enhanced with the flavor of our excellent coffee, will transport you to a delightful corner in Europe.
