One of the nicest State Parks we've been in during our 5 months cross country. We stayed in Cottonwood Campground and it's very large and lovely. We were only one of two RVs there for the night on April 13 even though the weather was great (not warm though). There is a good 2 mile hike from the end of the campground down to the lake. We were in Site #! which is at the end of the pull through sites. Highly recommend.
Beautiful, quiet campsites on the lake! Long pull throughs for motorhomes and towed vehicles. We stayed in early November for a few days and practically had the place to ourselves. Decent fishing, boat rentals, hiking trails and friendly park staff.
