Casa Playa Beach Resort

Casa Playa is a very unique 35 unit resort condominium located right on the beach at the exclusive north end of Estero Island. It is only a short walk, about 10 minutes in either direction to Bowditch City Park at the north tip or Times Square to the south. Casa Playa underwent a major remodeling between 2005 and 2006 with extensive work done to the building. In addition, nearly all of the units have been upgraded and tastefully remodeled.
