Our car rental was for noon and we got here a while before. We ended up waiting in line for about 2 hours. We had a kayak reservation for 3:00 that was 1 hour away. There was little and incompetent staff. We had reserved a Yukon and have their email to prove it. Apparently, they had us down with an XP. Neither was here. We ended up with a tiny car that we could only just fit in.
