Owner was super nice and friendly. Clean place with all new electrical/plumbing, easy to use for pull thru spaces. 30 amp fee was $25.00. Yes it was close to I-40 and there was noise bleed over but hey it was convenient, cheap and nice so overall it was great. I will definitely stay there again. I gave it 5 stars in spite of the freeway noise. Wifi was strong and let me watch some Youtube without buffering.

Full hookups for $25.00. No onsite bathroom or shower so note must be self-contained. In fact the owner, Gary, who is very nice will also advise you of such.
About 37 sites total but there are some permanent trailers in about half the sites (almost all back in sites had what seemed to be permanent trailers). The park was green grass and clean. Most of the pull thru sites are long for bigger trailers/MH but I would suggest if you have a very, very long MH + Trailer, you call ahead to reserve a longer site. The entrance is not well marked but you turn right after passing the Ole Sawmill Cafe. Grocery store (Food Lion), some fast food restaurants and of course the Ole Sawmill Cafe is nearby. I know Memphis is about 35 miles away so may make for a good base camp as the price is right. Road noise is there but didn't bother me. Overall, really enjoyed my stay. Not sure if it is cash/check only, I paid cash.

The owner was extremely pleasant, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. When I called, he texted the directions to my phone, making finding the location so easy. There is shopping and eateries within walking distance. The camp is very easy on/easy off from I-40, and with that comes some highway noise, but nothing extreme. The sights are gravel, pull through, full hook-up and relatively level. I didn't do anything but put down the stabilizer jacks. There was rain before I arrived and 2 of the days I was there, but not much mud and quick drying out. The park also has free WiFi, but I got better results using my Verizon phone as a hot spot. No cable but I was able to pick up quite a few TV channels with my antenna. I will definitely add this park to my places to stay while traveling through the area for sure.

We spent one night here on our road trip. We stayed in site #24. It was long enough for our class c motorhome plus toad. We did not unhook since we were only stopping for the night. There are no showers/restrooms so your rig will need to be self contained. We did see a few restaurants plus gas stations within walking distance to the campground. It was an easy check in for the site. We paid $33 cash for the night. We were able to call enroute to the campground and he held a spot for us. The only negative spot we had for the site was that we had issues with the campground electrical box throwing the breaker a couple of times. It is near to the interstate, but with the a/c on the road noise did not bother us. The sites are about 8-10 feet apart. Also, no real shade for the campground. We would probably stay here again if needed.

- I worked for two days from the rig here
- Verizon was amazing, 35 down and 12 up during the day, a little less at night.
- Next door there is a Mexican restaurant (Iguanas Mexican restaurant) that is SO cheap and amazing, I went back twice. I'd drive back through I40 just for that food.
- Gary the landlord is awesome, operates by text.
- Felt safer here than in Memphis
- GPS coordinates are a bit bad, turn into the grocery store and then turn right.

As some of the other reviews have mentioned, no restrooms. But the lots are level and there is a Walmart witching two blocks. As well as a myriad of restaurants.

The host was amazing. Great place to stay if you’re passing through. The highway noise was a bit much at night, but would stay here again for sure. Spots were really level too.

Clean and maintained, no restrooms, convenience stores nearby. Mostly level pull through sites, back in sites available too. full hook ups. Nice separation between lots but not spacious.
Directed to sites shaded by trees. Maybe in 15 years when trees grow . Became shady by sunset. Highway noise outside but not bothersome inside. Very hot.97@4pm. Manager Gary extremely nice. Mosquitos after dusk.(Sept 3)
