The Blue Rooster Inn Bed and Breakfast

Enjoy your stay in a historic Oregon farmhouse located on 65 acres above the Lorane Valley, about 20 minutes from the city of Eugene.  Built in 1865 by the Zumult family, who came to the area in a covered wagon, the farm is a historic showpiece tastefully furnished in turn of the century antiques.  The original house and barn are beautiful examples of early Oregon construction. The Inn is built on a 65 acre farm which was settled by the Zumult family.  In the tradition of the settlers who came to the area in the mid 1800's, the farm boasts it's own barn, pastures and a full garden.  Some of the plants and trees on the property were sown by the original settlers.  The barn is a registered historic landmark. Even though the acreage was once a working farm, it has now been dedicated to a reforestation effort.
