Lavery Brewing Company was founded in 2009 by husband and wife Jason & Nicole Lavery. Jason Lynch joined the brewing quest in 2010 to build our own 10 barrel production brewery. Born and raised around Erie, PA, we are excited to bring something new and dynamic to the local beer culture - Brewing Innovative Ales in Small Batches! By the way, it's pronounced 'Lav-ry' not 'Lave ry', a soft 'a' in the middle. Similar to 'have', not 'gave', thank you very much. Lavery Brewery is an American craft brewery that feels comfortable bouncing across brewing traditions and styles. We like traditional beers as much as we like extreme beers and try to walk a fine line between the two at Lavery Brewing Co. If you must classify us, how about a Pennsylvania-style craft brewery? Do ya feel better now that we fit into a little box? Do ya? All our beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and naturally carbonated in the bottle. Also, ingredients change from time to time. Small batch, hand crafted beer means its made by people, not machines.
