The Encino Firehouse Mercantile and Deli is located in an old fire station that was built in the 1930's. The love the community carried for the building continues, as we make all our menu items fresh and to order, with family recipes passed down through generations.
As of June 2021 this place was listed as permanently closed.
The Encino Firehouse where when you step through the door you are consumed with the smells of amazing home cooking. Stopped with my hubby on our way back home and of course I wanted lunch and he wanted breakfast. Well that's no problem for the fire house he was able to get the home made waffles he had been craving for days and I was able to get an enchilada and taco. Everything was delicious and run by the current fire chief and his wife the firehouse would be great and one of the only stops between Roswell and Albuquerque to take advantage of.
