We traveled Hwy 50 from Delta, UT to Reno, NV last week (late September). We stayed in Eureka, NV , then drove to Austin, expecting to have breakfast at the International Saloon/Inn, as your recent article suggested, but they no longer serve breakfast, just pastries and coffee. We drove to Fallon for lunch. Hwy 50 is a "lonely", interesting drive, but no more so than many roads we have traveled in the West.
