We opened in March of 1986 with the mission to serve the most authentic Japanese cuisine in the triangle. We are delighted to feature the multi-course Japanese Meal called kaiseki. A variety of small dishes, prepared with fresh in-season ingredients are served in leisurely, course-like intervals. We offer full course tasting dinner. It is a truly unique way of enjoying traditional, authentic Japanese cuisine.
