Originally built for the CEO of Liggett and Meyers, this splendidly redecorated, 8,000 square-foot, Colonial Revival Style home is located within walking distance to the Downtown area, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC) and historic Brightleaf Square. Morehead Manor is just moments away from Duke University, North Carolina Central University, Research Triangle Park, Raleigh, NC, RDU International Airport, and is easily accessible to both Interstates 85 and 40.The Manor has four spacious guestrooms each with a private bath. The Magnolia Suite has a king-size bed with a sitting area. The Tiger Room, a very bright room, also has a king-size bed. The Jasmine Room has a queen-size bed. The Eagle's Inn has two full-size beds and features a seven-head shower."A place where elegance, excitement, and hospitality meet." Guests can spend their afternoon listening to music, having tea, or enjoying a good book in any of the Manor's common areas.
