“Locally grown, locally owned”
We believe in simple, tasteful, authentic food with an atmosphere and price that feels good, warms the soul, and reminds you that some of the better things in life are quite simple. Zia supports local food growers and ranchers in the Four Corners Region. We continue to grow our relationships and infrastructure to increase the amount of local food we can serve at our restaurants. We believe in serving locally-grown food. Food grown by farmers you know and trust is more nutrient dense, healthier, and better for you in many ways. Not only for your own health, but for a healthy local economy. As of summer 2012, Zia owns two greenhouses and one hoop house.
Great food. Great fountain drinks (they are a special brand). Great prices. Do stop in :)
Yummy burritos, great mango salsa, nice people.
